The high productivity double wheel machines of the AC microLine series display state-of-the-art design and concept. The modular system of main components together with the precision of the latest control-, drive- and measuring technologies deliver reliability of the process and make the system comfortable to operate. Easily removable machine linings and fully covered process areas give the best accessibility and industrial safety. Wolters AC-Machines are able to accept workpieces of different shapes, i.e. round, rectangular or irregular; full surface or with cut-outs. As a function of the workpiece geometry it is possible to reach tolerance results in µm – range and below. The machines are especially suitable for the machining of thin or delicate parts. The working methods and processes are simple, flexible and productive. During the machining operation the parts are loosely held in workpiece carriers and therefore machined stress free.
