Cost effective drive technology and the fundamentally stable mechanical construction of the DDG product range offers the user the highest possible degree of operational flexibility. Equipped optionally with a horizontal or vertical grinding spindle arrangement, the double-sided surfacegrinding machine by Peter Wolters is proven in the most varied of fabrication environments. A vast range of proven handling systems and system components guarantee cost effective work piece transfer according to work piece shape and operating conditions. Loading and unloading may be carried out manually or automatically according to specific customer requirements. Various machining processes are available for an optimal quality and throughput of the work pieces. DDG machines offer optional grinding processes, plunge-cut grinding or combined continuous-plunge-cut grinding. Because of their space saving design (small footprint) the DDG product range machines are easy to integrate into new or existing machining operations.
